Contribution to your Learning
and your Learning Community

In the Leading Organizational Change course, I have deeply reflected on my learning and how I have contributed to the progress of the core collaboration group. This self-assessment process has allowed me to identify my strengths, areas that need improvement, and impact on the learning community. Based on a comprehensive self-assessment, I give myself a score of 90 out of 100.
I have actively participated in the core collaboration group, working closely with my peers to develop organizational change strategies, share knowledge, and provide constructive feedback. My participation has enriched our discussions and strengthened our teamwork and leadership capabilities. The critical members with whom I collaborate consistently are:
Yunuen Malagon
Nelyda Rodriguez
Nelly Guedez
Paola Rodriguez
I have reviewed all course assignments and reflected on the revisions made. This process has been instrumental in my academic and professional development. Reflecting on the revisions has allowed me to internalize the concepts better and apply them more effectively in practical situations.
I have completed all the readings, videos, and support resources provided in the course. Engaging with the course material has been crucial to my comprehensive understanding of the topics covered and applying this knowledge effectively in my assignments and group discussions.
Meeting deadlines for course activities has been a priority for me. Not only has this demonstrated my responsibility and commitment to learning, but it has also allowed me to actively and meaningfully participate in group discussions and activities.
Although I have completed all assignments and readings, I can improve by digging deeper into specific topics and seeking additional sources to further enrich my understanding and contributions to the course.
While my collaboration in the core group has been meaningful, I can improve by organizing more study and discussion sessions outside of class to strengthen our collaborative learning further.
Adopting a growth mindset, such as that advocated by Carol Dweck, has been central to my approach to learning in this course. Dweck states, “Success is not determined by innate talent but by the ability to learn, adapt, and persevere.” This mindset has allowed me to view challenges as opportunities to learn and improve rather than insurmountable obstacles. Adaptation and perseverance have been instrumental in overcoming difficult times and moving forward positively and proactively.
In conclusion, the 90 out of 100 score reflects my active participation, engagement with the course material, and contribution to the core collaborative group. By applying these principles and strategies, I am confident that I will continue to grow both personally and professionally, better preparing myself to meet the challenges of organizational leadership in the future.
