Contribution to your Learning

and your Learning Community

(5313)

Looking back on my journey, I see a path that was not easy but full of challenges I overcame and achievements I achieved. I vividly remember the early days when language barriers and my lack of motivation to achieve my career goals seemed impossible. However, I persevered, and I am proud of my first year of teaching. I am entirely dedicated to my Bachelor of Education program.

I have found EDLD 5313 essential to my journey of personal growth. At first, it seemed like a lot to handle, with numerous tasks to complete frequently. However, as time passed, I began to recognize the importance of the knowledge I gained weekly. This course instilled a growth mindset and improved my confidence as an educator.

Adopting a growth mindset has been crucial to my progress. Instead of seeing challenges as obstacles, I see them as opportunities to learn and grow. Every mistake and feedback I receive has allowed me to improve and advance in my educational journey.

Reflecting on my contribution to my learning and the learning community, I recognize that there is always room for improvement. Although I am pleased with my progress, I can continue to refine my approach to each task and make the most of crucial learning opportunities. Therefore, I rate myself a 90 out of 100, with room to continue growing.

In EDLE 5313, I am proud to have led technological change in my learning environment. I have completed all the course readings, videos, and resources, which have enriched my understanding and skills.

Furthermore, my collaboration with Yunuen Malagón and Nelyda Rodríguez has been fundamental. We have engaged daily, using various platforms such as Zoom, email, and WhatsApp, to discuss course topics and support each other in our assignments. This collaboration has enriched my learning experience and has allowed me to grow personally and professionally.

I am thrilled to implement the knowledge and skills I acquired during this course into my teaching methodology and further enhance my expertise as an educator. This course has not marked the end of my learning journey but rather the initiation of a new phase of growth and development.

In short, this course has been a turning point in my educational career. I am grateful for the learning opportunities I have had and am committed to continuing to grow and improve in the future by continually practicing a growth mindset.
