Proposal

Version 1 by Siary Rodriguez

Mostly, students in the Cleveland community need digital resources at home because they come from low-income families. Another difficulty arises when we encourage new students to discover the benefits of learning through digital resources and teacher learning. Blended learning allows education to take place in different environments. Plus, this change of pace can keep kids interested and stimulated from an early age. This proposal includes extended learning to ensure that students receive the necessary knowledge. To develop their learning skills progressively, they become their teachers and learn to learn. This builds self-efficacy, determination, and resilience. Education is the way to discover and free our students. This proposal aims to create a meaningful learning environment where students can develop independent learning skills, take ownership of their education, and gain greater control over their learning; "the needs of the student are our starting point" (Harapnuik. 2012). It is essential to integrate technology strategically, considering the specific needs of students and educational objectives. Furthermore, continuous training and adaptability are vital to making the most of technology's opportunities in the academic field.

This point is reflected in Sir Ken Robinson's vision of transforming education to make it more relevant, stimulating, and focused on the holistic development of students. In his book “Creative Schools: The Revolution from the Base that is Transforming Education,” he analyzed a critical and constructive perspective on the challenges and opportunities facing the current educational system and the need to promote creativity and innovation for several years. Preschool students will master early reading, social-emotional, and writing skills with the creation of these active learning environments or what is equal to CSLE+COVA, effective active learning aimed at fostering a constructivist, student-centered, and authentic educational environment, promoting student choice, ownership, and voice in their learning process. These principles seek to empower students and make learning more relevant and meaningful to them. Each goal addresses a more profound need in each student's unique, non-previous school background. This proposal seeks to develop educational content based on the needs of each child, where the implementation of technology plays an essential role in supporting the development of each student's skills.

During their daily routine using the rotation model, they can spend 10 minutes at each station using technological resources. Includes incorporating a design plan for lessons according to early education and the corresponding curriculum, and here, technology comes into play through the use of online resources such as interactive websites such as "ABC Tree,” "keynote," an app available on Apple devices.  We are reviewing interactive videos like 123 andres, among other specialized portals. I will create a design plan and support advancing this innovation proposal to achieve positive learning progress for pre-K students and significantly increase benefits for students with poor learning skills. Thus, the Cleveland organization is a role model in applying education at different scales to promote more effective teaching and learning.

Proposal

Version 2 by Siary Rodriguez

After several months of progress in my Master's Degree in Digital Learning, in my research on the new Learning Culture, and in my perspective on the importance of creating new meaningful learning environments, I realized that my proposal had to be modified—not much, but yes, enough to demonstrate what a slight change in focus can bring about.

Below is the new version of my innovation proposal.

Students in the Cleveland community from low-income families need digital resources to be successful in their education. This proposal highlights the need to provide more significant learning opportunities to ensure that students receive the necessary knowledge and progressively develop their learning skills, both regular students and students with disabilities. By strategically integrating technology and fostering active learning environments that promote student choice, ownership, and voice in their learning process, this proposal aims to create a meaningful learning environment where students can develop independent learning skills. Take ownership of their education and gain greater control over their learning.

Sir Ken Robinson's vision of transforming education to make it more relevant, stimulating, and focused on the holistic development of students is reflected in this proposal. Promoting creativity and innovation can create an educational environment that empowers students to express themselves and make learning more meaningful and relevant. The pre-K blended class is an excellent example of how we can integrate technology into the learning process to improve learning outcomes and help students succeed, using interactive websites, applications for Apple devices, and specialized portals such as "123 Andrés" to enhance your learning experience.

This proposal seeks to develop educational content based on the unique needs of each child, using technology to support the development of their skills and the acquisition of knowledge. It is essential to continuously train and adapt to make the most of technological opportunities in academia to promote effective teaching and learning at different scales. In conclusion, this proposal is assertive in its approach to improving student outcomes and empowering students to take control of their education, highlighting the need to strategically integrate technology and foster active learning environments that promote choice, ownership, and the voice of the students in their learning process.

This proposal presents an exciting opportunity to revolutionize preschool education and create an inclusive, equitable, and empowering learning environment for all students. By embracing the power of technology and fostering a passion for meaningful learning, we can unlock the full potential of every child and help them shine. Our vision is to transform the pre-K classroom into a place where every student can thrive, grow, and succeed. Together, we can build a brighter future for our children and pave the way for a more equitable and inclusive society.
