My Journey in the ADL Program: A Journey of Innovation and Personal Growth
I am excited to share my educational transformation and personal growth through my ADL program. ADL, or Applied Digital Learning, has significantly changed my perspective on learning and education and my commitment to innovation.
At the beginning of my journey, I was motivated to discover effective ways to integrate technology into my students' classrooms. Each step has challenged and shaped me, allowing me to grow. I have learned that effective student-centered teaching depends on self-reflection and learning through experience.
In this interactive graphic, I will highlight key milestones in my journey. These include my initial experiences in the digital learning space, the influential supports and collaborations I've encountered, and the emotional highs and lows that fueled my determination to continue.
You will also see what I have created through my ADL program and the valuable insights I plan to carry forward to improve early language and math learning in the disadvantaged settings I serve.
Please reflect on the present and future impact of implementing innovative programs, just as I have. Join me on my ADL journey!
