My PK team also has a WS group to share ideas, suggestions, planning support, and more day-to-day topics, in addition to the weekly PLC meetings and the TEA Reading Academy.

Learning networks are an invaluable resource for teachers, offering a platform for exchanging knowledge, ideas, and best practices with other education professionals. It allows teachers to stay updated with the latest trends, improve pedagogical practice, and address educational challenges more effectively. By participating in learning networks, teachers can strengthen the professional community, expand the network of contacts, and find inspiration and motivation to continue growing as educators.

In short, they are essential to teachers' professional development and continued success in their teaching careers.
