Constant communication is essential to maintain a good relationship between people, promote transparency and trust, and facilitate the exchange of information and knowledge necessary for the effective functioning of any community, team, or organization. Additionally, regular communication can help create a sense of belonging and connection between people. Feeling informed and part of a community or team can increase satisfaction and engagement.


Constant communication Promotes learning and growth, facilitating the exchange of ideas, knowledge, and experiences between people. This can encourage continuous learning and development at both the individual and organizational levels.


On the other hand, poor communication, lack of communication, or insufficient communication can be an essential mistake because it undermines trust, creates misunderstandings, encourages rumors, and makes it difficult to make informed decisions. Communicating openly and on time is crucial to avoiding these problems and fostering healthy and effective relationships.


Taking Kotter's warning about the importance of using diverse communication technologies and vehicles highlights the need to be inclusive, adaptable, and strategic in disseminating organizational messages. This is essential to promote understanding, acceptance, and action around organizational goals and changes.


As a teacher, I work daily to create a meaningful and authentic learning environment based on several fundamental principles that seek to engage students in a profound and relevant way applicable to students' real lives.


I seek to reflect on authentic situations and challenges students will encounter in the real world. This may involve applying knowledge in real-world contexts or participating in practical projects, including teamwork and collaboration, preparing students to develop communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
