We have a core responsibility to our students - we are the confidants who will guide them toward success in and outside of school. Students succeed, blended learning initiatives are recognized as the promising innovations they aim to be, and we make a difference.

But what we do is more than information. We also help teach social, emotional, and cognitive competencies through a positive learning environment. It gives them the necessary tools to encounter adversities and build resilience.

Educators are tasked with that very responsibility - to create positive influences on their students and make the appropriate changes in how they learn so that, down the road in life, they have success. To prepare students to navigate the challenges of tomorrow with confidence and competence, we must employ a blended learning model that includes educational as well as technological and social-emotional skills. This is why I see it as my right and responsibility to help navigate them through this process of becoming. We can influence parents, guardians, and the community to create a supportive environment. We work closely with our students to develop a culture of collaboration and communication so that they are always protected, even at home, when it comes to help.

Teachers must influence our students because we play a fundamental role in their academic and personal development. Our influence can catalyze student success and the effective implementation of educational innovations like blended learning.

Our influence goes beyond the transmission of knowledge. We help develop students' social, emotional, and cognitive skills by fostering a positive and motivating learning environment. This provides them with the tools necessary to face challenges and develop resilience.

Join me in achieving those goals for preschool education and read my proposed proposal Innovation Proposal SR version 2, which will satisfy the current need while ensuring an inclusive, equitable future with a bright horizon for all students. On the other hand,  it can be designed to cater to children with disabilities, making it self-paced and a pleasurable and motivating experience.

I wanted to underscore the role of profile identification and critical influencer engagement for my technology innovation proposal. My goal is to provide an educated, informed, and motivated base that ensures a helpful environment toward its implementation, leading to the maximum benefits of blended learning. This is perfect for raising the language arts and math learning levels.

As a teacher, my change idea requires the support of those educational leaders who will ease pressure on principals and school coaches implementing this blended learning model in preschools -teachers (general ed., special ed.), administrators... Led by our passion and commitment to process and practice, we inspire the active involvement of other teachers on staff. They have the infrastructure, technical support, and resources to make those tools readily available. In addition, clear communication of the vision and benefits to parents will help create a culture of cooperation within districts, increasing parent buy-in that, in turn, can positively impact motivation among all constituents (and ultimately improve implementation): the project and the students' enhancement of Academics and life in general.

The innovative part of this idea is how we encourage creativity and innovation, borrowing from Sir Ken Robinson's philosophy. Promoting creativity will help children make sense of both their learning and themselves.

It is essential to support my proposal with the six sources of influence because each is a fundamental determinant in the ability to program student learning and development by design effectively. Along with structuring school environments, these sources focus on developing curricula for typical and special needs preschool children. Are you creating a solid environment that coincides with supporting the implementation of blended learning practices to improve early language and mathematics learning among school-age students significantly?

These influences are integrated to keep our students motivated, empowered, and supported in their learning. This leads to academic success and is a springboard toward comprehensive development in an evolving world.

However, by incorporating the six pathways of influence into my proposal, Innovation Proposal SR version 2 we can ensure that our approach is comprehensive and resilient, considering all aspects essential for a successful implementation of blended learning. Motivation and personal ability are as important in establishing an improved learning foundation as are available social support or socio-structural dimensions.

       Active participation in learning activities
  • Active participation is essential for engagement and knowledge retention. Students actively engage in learning to gain deeper understanding and practical skills.

  • The teacher will encourage students to participate in all online and in-person activities actively.

Measures
  • Use rewards and recognition to celebrate participation and effort and create engaging and meaningful activities.

Autonomous and Effective Use of Technological Tools
  • The teacher will instruct students on using the technological tools necessary for blended learning autonomously.

  • Technological competency is essential in a blended learning environment. Students must navigate and use online learning platforms with confidence and responsibility.

Measures
  • Provide training, guided practice, and easy access to online platforms, applications, or websites for learning mathematics and language.

      Collaboration and teamwork
  • Promote collaboration and teamwork among students, both in face-to-face and virtual activities.

  • Collaboration improves social understanding and learning, allowing students to learn from each other and develop interpersonal skills.

Measures
  • The teacher will promote group activities and social and collaborative projects and establish peer support systems.

      Time management and organization
  • The teacher will support students to develop organization and time management skills to balance online and in-person learning activities.

  • Effective time management is crucial to academic success in a blended environment, where students must manage multiple tasks and responsibilities.

Measures
  •  The teacher will teach organization and planning techniques and provide calendars and reminders to keep students on track.

       Promote autonomy in learning
  • Foster students' ability to learn independently, taking responsibility for their learning. At your pace and according to your needs.

  • Learning autonomously is essential to developing self-regulation skills and long-term success. Autonomous learners are better prepared to face challenges and continue learning throughout their lives.

Measures
  •  The teacher will provide opportunities for self-directed learning and create a supportive environment that allows them to make educational decisions.

  • Encourage self-reflection and self-assessment so students can identify their strengths and areas for improvement.
