What's your Why?
"Empower and educate people everywhere so they can improve their lives and achieve their goals." (Sinek 2013).

As demonstrated in "The Heart of Change" and "Leading Change: Establishing a Sense of Urgency," John Kotter analyzes the impact of emotions on our experiences and results. He emphasizes the importance of addressing our feelings to achieve meaningful results. Kotter believes that achieving effective change in any organization or aspect of life requires a well-thought-out rational strategy and is based on the ability to resonate with people on an emotional level, creating a genuine emotional connection that drives the action and commitment necessary to change.
This leads us to the conclusion that emotions play a crucial role in learning. To truly revolutionize preschool education, we must consider the emotional and academic well-being of students. My proposal aims to establish an educational environment where each child can thrive emotionally and academically, aligning with Kotter's ideas about the importance of emotions in daily life and during change processes. Focusing on emotionally meaningful learning experiences can unlock every child's potential and lay a strong foundation for a more inclusive and just society.
What?
The proposal aims to create an inclusive and equitable preschool education environment that prepares students for the future, not just academically.
Encourage creativity and innovation: Adopting Sir Ken Robinson's vision, our educational environment must inspire and focus on students' holistic development. Encouraging creativity empowers children to express themselves and make their learning experiences more meaningful.
Empower Students: By giving students ownership and voice in their learning journey, we cultivate autonomy and the ability to learn independently. This not only prepares children for academic achievement but also for a lifetime of learning.
Improve learning outcomes: Leveraging effective technologies and methodologies, the proposal aims to elevate learning outcomes for all students, reducing educational disparities and allowing each child to reach their full potential.
Build a more equitable and inclusive society: Creating an education system that values and embraces diversity lays the foundation for a culture where everyone can thrive. This benefits individuals and enriches social cohesion and justice within the community.
This proposal addresses current needs in preschool education and lays the foundation for a more inclusive, equitable, and prosperous future for all students.

My Sense of Urgency to Implement Blended Learning, a rotation model in the Pre-K Classroom, with regular students and students with special needs. Here, I explain several of my WHYs.
Every day that passes without implementing blended learning in our pre-K classroom is a day that our children, both special needs and regular ones, miss vital opportunities for their development. The preschool stage is a critical time in which the foundations for future learning are laid. Here, the basic skills of the alphabet, phonology, and mathematics, essential for academic and personal success throughout life, are shaped.
Why?
Children with disabilities face daily obstacles in their learning. Blended learning can customize tools to their needs, allowing them to learn at their own pace. Early education is crucial, and blended learning should be introduced without delay. Technology can make learning enjoyable and keep children motivated. Integrating blended learning into preschool education prepares children for the future. It's our responsibility to ensure that all children have access to the best learning tools.

Call to action
Today is the day to act. Implementing Blended Learning in our Pre-K classroom cannot wait. Every day counts; every child matters. We call on all educators, parents, and community members to support this initiative and work together to transform the education of our little ones. It's time to give our children the opportunities they deserve to grow, learn, and thrive. We cannot afford to wait any longer. The education of our children is urgent, and the time to act is now.
How?
The implementation of this proposal is based on several key strategies:
1. Technology Integration: Use interactive websites, applications for Apple devices, and specialized educational portals such as "123Andrés" to enhance the learning experience. These technological tools can adjust learning to the needs of each student, offering personalized and accessible resources.
2. Active learning environments: create environments where students have a say in their learning process. This includes hands-on activities, collaborative projects, and opportunities for children to explore and discover independently.
3. Development of personalized content: develop educational materials that meet each child's specific needs, using technology to support its development and acquisition of knowledge. This involves creating resources for students with disabilities and employing different strategies for various learning styles.
4. Educator Training: Provide ongoing training for educators to use educational technologies and active teaching methodologies effectively. This will ensure that teachers are prepared to implement these innovations effectively in the classroom.
Process to Implement Blended Learning in the Pre-K Classroom
Implementing Blended Learning in the Pre-K classroom requires careful planning, meticulous execution, and a focus on children's needs.
The proposal to revolutionize preschool education is essential because it is necessary to create an inclusive, equitable, and empowering environment for all students, regardless of their abilities or disabilities. Currently, many education systems need to address the diverse needs of students, leading to significant gaps in learning and development. By harnessing the power of technology and promoting meaningful learning, we can ensure that every child has the opportunity to realize their full potential. This benefits individual students and builds a more equitable and inclusive society where all voices and talents are valued and promoted."
